Do I need to install an app?

No, Workouter runs right in your browser. Open it on your phone or computer — the responsive interface adapts to the screen.

How does AI plan generation work?

The AI analyzes your training history: which muscles haven't been worked in a while and what weights you used. Based on that it picks exercises and builds a plan with sets, reps and weights. You can tune the difficulty with a slider from 5% to 100%.

Can I import data from another app?

Yes, import from JSON and ZIP files is supported. You can also export your data to CSV, XLSX, PDF or JSON at any time.

Data is stored on secure servers. Account access is protected by a password and JWT authorization. You can export and delete your data at any time.

Is it suitable for cardio or yoga?

Workouter is focused on strength training with weights — bench press, deadlift, squats and so on. If you train with weights, this is your tool.

This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use WorkouterFit — the workouter.fit website and the WorkouterFit mobile apps (together, the "Service") — how it is used, with whom it is shared, and how it is protected. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Data we process

2.1. Account data — your email address, and when you sign in through third‑party providers (Google, Yandex, Huawei), the account identifier provided by that sign‑in provider.

2.2. Workout data — exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, notes, plans, and workout history that you enter into the Service.

2.3. Profile and settings data — display name, profile image (if you add one), interface language, and other user preferences.

2.4. Technical information — device and operating‑system details, app identifiers, IP address, browser data and cookies (when using the website), and anonymized usage and crash data.

2.5. The Service does not collect precise location, contacts, or SMS, and does not use data for advertising.

3. Analytics

3.1. To collect anonymized usage statistics and crash information for the purpose of improving the Service, analytics services may be used. The mobile apps use Yandex AppMetrica; on the website, analytics may rely on cookies.

3.2. In the mobile apps, analytics collection is opt‑in: it is disabled by default and is enabled only after your explicit consent, which is requested on first launch.

3.3. You can change your choice at any time — in the mobile app under Settings → Analytics, and on the website through your browser's cookie controls. When consent is withdrawn, transmission of analytics data stops.

3.4. Analytics data is not used for advertising and does not identify you as an individual.

4. Purposes of processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

providing access to the Service's functionality and syncing data across devices;
authenticating and securing your account;
preventing abuse and ensuring stable operation;
improving the Service and analyzing its usage in anonymized form (subject to consent — see Section 3);
notifying you of important changes (where applicable).

5. Sharing with third parties

5.1. Personal data is not shared with third parties, except:

with infrastructure and service providers (hosting, analytics), subject to confidentiality and data minimization;
with third‑party sign‑in providers (Google, Yandex, Huawei), to the extent required for authentication;

7. Your rights and data deletion

request information about the data being processed;
request correction, updating, or deletion of data where provided by law;
withdraw previously given consent (including for analytics).

7.2. You can delete your account and its associated data yourself: in the mobile app under Settings → Delete account, and in the web version through your account settings. You may also send a deletion request to the address in Section 1.

8. Children's data

The Service is not intended for individuals below the age at which, under applicable law, they may independently consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect such individuals' data.
